Business and the energy of art in the Museum’s exclusive spaces. Many businesses have chosen the various venues of the Mart as the setting for their meetings, gala evenings, conferences, previews and special initiatives. Assisting it in the organisation of events is a highly specialised museum staff. To round off the services offered, exclusive guided visits or training programmes guided by the museum’s team from the Education Department can be planned.

EVENTS


Company meetings


The Mart offers an ideal location for hosting meetings, conferences and other initiatives for the business world. The organisation of events is supported by an internal staff that is responsive to clients’ requirements and has a close eye for detail. All the spaces dedicated to the Business Area offer technical equipment and conference-quality services.

Exclusive visits


The Mart enables the business sector to organise personalised evenings. Every day (except Fridays) from 6 pm onwards, you can offer your guests to visit current exhibitions in privacy, accompanied by our expert guides. The event can be made all the more unique by personalised the spaces of the Museum with a temporary exhibition dedicated to a preview of the company.

Exclusive evenings


A company organising a business event at the Mart can round off its agenda of work by setting aside a gala evening for its guests: a buffet or seated meal in the Museum’s foyer or – when the nature of the exhibitions enables this – within the even more exclusive setting of the exhibition galleries.

Training projects


With the consultancy of the Education Area, the Mart offers the business sector the possibility of co-planning a personalised programme of didactic workshops conforming to the business culture to strengthen reciprocal ties and receive stimuli from an encounter with making art.

SPACES


Conference room


The Conference Room offers 143 seats and is equipped with all the latest technical equipment (audio and video recording of the event, simultaneous translation service) needed to organise conferences, congresses, press conferences, presentations of new products and company initiatives.

With a capacity of 30, the Museum’s Friends’ Room is ideal for smaller and more private meetings and assemblies, such as meetings of boards of directors or of executive boards.

Casa d’Arte Futurista Fortunato Depero


Right at the heart of the historic centre of Rovereto, the exhibition rooms and courtyard of Casa Depero provide an exclusive backdrop for gala dinners, conferences and presentations, in full respect of the works on display.

Exhibition galleries


When the nature of the events enable it, the Mart’s exhibition galleries – located on two floors of the museum and divided into two galleries per floor – can be reserved to organised gala dinners and aperitifs, preceded or followed by guided visits to the exhibitions.

 


Museum foyers


The Mart’s foyers, located over four floors of the museum, are not simple passages linking areas, but exhibition spaces in their own right that lend themselves to providing the setting for company previews, artistic and theatrical performances, concerts and dj sets, buffet or seated dinners and aperitifs.

 


The piazza


The Mart’s piazza is the external focal point of the Museum; the roofed cupola makes it possible at any time of the year to hold company previews and other events requiring plenty of space and great visibility to the public.

 


The terraces and Sculpture Park


The Mart’s terraces and the Sculpture Park are outdoor spaces that can be used to host events, concerts, buffet or seated dinners, aperitifs and shows.
