Almost eight years after the inauguration of Mart’s major site at Rovereto, whose new and welcoming architecture has hosted an intense series of exhibition programmes, the museum pays tribute to its designer, architect Mario Botta, who worked on the building with the collaboration of engineer Giulio Andreolli.
 

The Mart continues its collaboration with the prestigious Washington institution with a new appointment dedicated to American art from the second half of the 19th century to the 1960s.

On 17 January 2009, the Casa d’Arte Futurista Depero (Depero Futurist Art House) reopens to the public. The restoration has been handled by Renato Rizzi, while the museum project has been curated by Gabriella Belli.
